Pros
Lots of interesting project. A lot of really smart people around. Salaries higher than in other places in Scotland.
Cons
Constant pressure to promote to the next levels (even on senior positions, as I was), this makes work a bit anxious. Too much attention on writing (especially on more senior levels), which makes it harder for non-native speakers to excel.
