- Long work hours - No perks & benefits - High operational load : Working on weekends and odd hours - Expectation to work outside work hours - PIP is used as a stick to keep everyone in line - Changing teams could lead to PIP - Trying to change teams could lead to PIP - Know people losing loved ones and getting Pipped after a month - Bad coding standards and principles - Toxic - Managers are required to not inform you about being in focus( first stage of PIP), they try to surprise you with decision to pip or leave company
