Pros
Could take days off whenever whenever without permission as long as you had time built up in your "time bank"... they did provide good health insurance and pay for the job.
Cons
People abused their time and you'd get screwed over with barley anyone there to help on holidays- you have to make up for a lack of coworkers. There was also a lot of turnover... Amazon also said they werent political but... the company clearly seemed to lean to the left. Also the suck ups always got promoted- hard work didn't amount for anything... it's all about the interview and THAT'S it. HR also controlled everything (like gods)... really weird... never dealt with a company before where HR had so much power as to whether you stay employed or are terminated and can override any manager.
