1) No Dress Code 2) Leaves - Casual 12 + Sick Leave 12 + Annual Leave 3) Overtime Pay 4) Good office and work environment 5) You will have best time as long as you finish tasks on time. nobody cares if you are at your desk.
Cons
1) Office politics is worse.( Its everywhere but still, not everyone can tolerate. 2) If your package is good, at least you can enjoy life by spending your hard-earned money. Otherwise, you will suffer. You will be drained both physically and mentally. 3) If you are role is anything other than developer, always be ready to switch company. Job security is less. Only at the last minute, you will get know what happened. And you cant do anything after that than leaving the company even if you are skilled and well-accomplished. 4) You cant expect Career growth.
