Everyone is pretty accessible and the company gives you the internal resources to see org charts and basically get into contact with anyone in the company. If you need help, most in Amazon are willing to help you as a stranger and open to connections and getting you going In the right direction
Cons
Work life balance. Typical warehouse, weekends and holidays can be a challenge. Favoritism and who you know plays a role. Peak season can be a strain and a lot of burnout with a company that is quick to push out a new process or initiative but take a long time to get it smooth and fix systematic issues.
