Pros

Nothing to be honest, I feel bad everyday I am here.

Cons

The organization has experienced significant leadership instability, with frequent changes in management creating uncertainty and a lack of clear strategic direction. There appears to be limited accountability among senior leaders, with difficult decisions often pushed down to employees rather than being owned at the leadership level. Employee morale has been negatively impacted by ongoing concerns around job security and a workplace culture that often prioritizes short term results over employee well-being. Many employees feel overburdened, undervalued, and pressured to consistently deliver more with fewer resources, creating an unsustainable work environment. There is also a noticeable imbalance in how different functions are treated. Engineering teams tend to receive greater visibility, support, and investment, while other critical departments are often overlooked despite their contributions to business success. This has created perceptions of bias and reduced cross-functional collaboration. Another challenge is the hiring and onboarding of new leaders, particularly within GTM (Go To Market) functions. New executives are frequently brought into the organization without sufficient understanding of the business, culture, technology landscape, or operational challenges. In many cases, these leaders subsequently hire their own management layers, resulting in teams being led by individuals who lack proven leadership capabilities, technical understanding, strategic thinking, or people management skills. This creates additional organizational layers without necessarily improving execution or outcomes. There is also a growing perception that cost optimization and bonus protection for senior leadership are prioritized over employee development, retention, and long term organizational health. Employees are often expected to absorb increasing workloads and organizational changes while receiving limited support, recognition, or career growth opportunities. To improve employee confidence and organizational performance, the company would benefit from stronger leadership accountability, more thoughtful hiring of senior leaders, greater transparency around organizational changes, fair treatment across all functions, and a stronger focus on building a culture of trust, ownership, and employee engagement.
