Thank you for sharing your feedback; we truly value it and take it seriously. I’d like to address a few points to provide clarity and ensure we're on the same page. While many of these details were covered during the initial screening, I want to re-emphasize certain aspects for transparency. Job descriptions, by nature, may not include every detail, which is why the screening process is critical for additional context. Additionally, roles may evolve over time as organizational needs shift. Moving forward, we will make a concerted effort to communicate responsibilities with greater precision.
Below, I’ve outlined responses to some of your comments:
Onsite Requirement
The role requires onsite presence five days a week, and this has been stated in the job description in bold since its posting:
“This 3-4 month contract role requires the individual to be in the office five days a week. The hourly rate will vary based on experience, between $50-$60/hr.”
Hybrid Designation
The initial "Hybrid" designation in our system was due to the recent implementation of our return-to-office policy. At the time, an "onsite" designation was not part of our Workday roll out and has since been updated to reflect the onsite nature of the role.
Follow-Up Communication
We sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up, which is not reflective of our usual standards. There may have been a miscommunication, and I encourage you to reach out directly to your recruiter so we can resolve this promptly. Additionally, in some cases, hiring managers relay feedback indicating that a candidate has expressed hesitation about specific role requirements. When this happens, it is often communicated mutually that we will not be moving forward.
Thank you again for your time and feedback. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions or concerns—we’re happy to assist.
