Pros

great people and well known big brands; company offers good benefits including pension and long term incentives

Cons

CEO and EVP dictate everything, then blame their underlings when their directives create disaster; significant turnover in leaders (they last only 12-18 months) - some deserved and some not; no bonus for several years. All the years of cost cutting, short-term thinking and tyranny are wreaking havoc on this once great organization.
