Pros
Asda is a vibrant, dynamic and caring place to work. The head office in Leeds is easy to get to from the station and from the moment you walk through the doors of Asda House you're almost always greeted with a display or activity about the latest product launch or initiative. It's a momentum you can't help but get behind. The will to support you, develop you and do the right thing for you is very much there too.
Cons
As with any big organisation sometimes "simple" projects can take longer than you might expect to land but you do get there and when you do, your work will be celebrated. Some investment in IT is needed but is no doubt on its way.
