Pros
Everyone lovely, sample shop great, work fulfilling, senior directors mainly women and very inspiring. The amount of women in the business encourages a more holistic approach to a technically very corporate environment which is great. Hybrid working is good.
Cons
Hiring process is very casual, not the most efficient with onboarding. Lots of middle management, structures seem messy and unclear / inefficient. Zero job handovers which is wild for integral roles, hot desking which generally sucks and terrible canteen.
