High staff turnover across all finance Low salary No performance check or promotion opportunities Lack of progression No sense of teamwork within finance department Everyone works in silos Too many senior finance there , that have been in the company for years and they never leave. Don’t hold your breathe for a promotion They hire new people and pay them high salary and expect existing staff to train them Lack of communication A lot of big egos in the company . They think they know everything and are not open to change
