Pros
Loved the work. Some of the co-workers are fun and awesome to work with. Pay is above average for retail with nice benefits.
Cons
District Managers are all college graduates with no experience managing people. Training is a joke. They have no personnel skills or abilities to deal with difficult employees. As a result, no one is fired, reprimanded, or held accountable for anything they do. Very frustrating that incompetent workers are still allowed to come in late, not show up, not work, text while working, roam around the store doing nothing with no consequences. Reason I quit. I loved the hard work but hated doing the work of others so they could text their friends all night. Also, you have no work life balance - I only worked part time but felt sorry for those who had to work days in a row, close store followed by being at store next morning at 5 am to open. Managers set schedule and many times favorite employees get only day hours and no or minimal weekends. Can't continue to do that and have employees want to work for you.
