Pros
Big enough to deliver and in most cases will deliver to clients but if extra effort is needed it will not happen as budgets and costs are sacrosanct and will not be exceeded even if it is an Aecom problem.
Cons
Consatntly changing management, either leaving or moving internaly to avoid developing issues. A terrible culture with bullying and blame culture used to cover up ineptitude. Not a place to spend an entire career unless you undertake a frontal lobotomy and are willing to be treated with deference.
