Pros
Some good people in the team and other teams. Good socials, however I was often on site so much I had to miss them due to coming back too late. If you had to work on the weekend it counted as double time so I could take takes off during the week which was good.
Cons
Management were extremely unprofessional and poor. Pure chaos during busy times which seems to be all the time. Underpaid massively. A lot of people left during a 6 month window purely due to the same reason as myself. It was known for management to slow down the development of staff by purposely not giving certain work to them. You put in a lot of extra hours and often spend your time driving many hours to carry out surveys but this is not appreciated nor rewarded.
