Poor management from top down has led to no job security for anyone, and an environment where it's common to throw people under the bus just to make yourself look good. HR only sides with the manager, which leads to a ton of bad managers across the company. When people leave the company, it's never because of the company according to HR or management. They do not want to address real problems. Additionally, their response throughout covid has been to lay people off. So many other companies take pride in NOT laying off their people, and finding success in what's happened this past year. Not ADP. Their solution to everything is layoff. And then they say that everyone will be back in the offices! Other companies are allowing full or part time work from home arrangements. ADP is making every wrong decision possible. It's extremely sad because it used to be a wonderful place to work.
