      -Lack of product knowledge -Hostile environment when working with development (swearing, unprofessional and demeaning) -Lack of training -Management prevents employees from moving to other departments unless you have had the job for two years

      Teamwork, the crew , good pay,

      Cons

      Long hours, forced 12hour shifts with no lunch break and over time, average week is 52 to 60 hours , short staffed regularly, management team not engaged on floor, managers with poor attitudes, no breaks. Promotions are based off of favoritism you will get the interview but they already know who they picked.
