      The hours are relatively flexible.

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the max. Horrifically low morale - not sure if management even notices. Very high turnover on the salaried team. Anything goes wrong, they're looking for someone to blame. No team decision-making - management makes decision regardless of whether it is right or wrong. Constantly pushing out projects that don't need to exist. They say their number one priority is safety of employees, but that has proven to be false. 100% would not recommend. RUN.

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
