Pros

No big pros as such. Company has to work with startup entrepreneurs and you can get experience working with them. Some startup entrepreneurs are exciting and fun to work with. But other than that, there is nothing as such in company which can be called as pro. Company doesn't even have proper office.

Cons

Bad working conditions. Heavy work load at low pay. Company is not filling vacant positions and the workload is on current employees. But if you complain about workload then you are insulted. They don't like it if you speak your mind. The staff is not treated properly by management. Management members also don't treat each other well. They just keep fighting over small things and take anger out on staff.

Their website mentioned that work hours are flexible. But when I joined the company I found reality. I have to spend 9 hours daily at company office. We are made to do over time as company is not filling vacant positions. Company owners are three couples. They run office like they are in their home. Very unprofessional and childish. Sometimes you are insulted in front of everyone not because you made any mistake but the owners are just angry. Bad training. You cannot improve yourself as a developer by working with this company. Overall a bad company to work with.

You get a chance of working with some talented developers. Owners are active in Google Developers Group so it is fun during events. You can spend good time working with your team during foreign visits and company trips. But other than this, no pros in company.

Cons

You can get tired of too many rules. The job hours are too long. No payment for over time work. Management is unprofessional. Your growth is stopped by office politics. Basically, you will get tired of working in this company.
