Pros

They have little clue what they're doing, so as long as work is done they will mostly leave you alone.

Cons

Company is a joke. -They will go to the ends of the earth to ensure they do not have to pay for your healthcare. -There is no support from an HR\Senior-Leadership standpoint and getting in-touch with anyone for any administrative help is mission impossible. -No pay raises, pay is far below standard. -CEO mostly rambles while gaslighting you and avoids all of your important questions. -No sick time offered. Vacation time is far below standards. -No benefits to the job outside of a paycheck -There is no incentive to perform. No way to advance past your current role. -Absolutely no standard operating procedure. Employee handbook looks like it was plagiarized off a google search. -ZERO training for new employees (unless someone is nice enough to train you on their own time!) -Company address literally does not exist (seriously, look it up on google maps). All-in-all the company is out to save as much money as possible, especially if it means at the expense of their employees. Most of these reviews on here are fake. You can tell because some of the job titles, when they were posted, didn't (or still don't) even exist within the company. If R4 takes over your company, RUN.

Un-Professionalism

Pros

Waste of Time Waste of Money

Cons

I cannot give less than one since one point is minimum. I never had these unprofessional Jerks in my 20 years of Professional experience with a consulting company, I was confirmed by HR initially that it's a full-time employment for a client (Molina Health Care) whom I going to work but post interview process, I received an offer letter from R4 Solutions and HR was saying it’s a fulltime employment for R4 solutions. Post interview 10% of the salary has been reduced i.e. Salary confirmation email before the interview as not the same post the interview process complete. Offer letter was released on 03/06/2024, the Background check was completed, Drug test was completed in March post the offer letter released to me and no response for couple of months. The Hr contacted me again on 5/28/2024 and mentioned they would like to extend the offer for the same client /opportunity but will have a final interview/discussion with CEO of R4 solutions. I have mentioned the pain I have undergone during my discussion with the CEO (Amit Bhardwaj) and after my regular follow-up ‘s the HR confirmed me that Iam not selected or they don’t want to proceed my profile for the opportunity were the offer letter was released in March 06th 2024.

Pros

R4 has great contracts with big hospital networks

Cons

R4 is horrible with communication, consultant relations and administrative tasks. They also low ball the consultant for their rate.
