      - True remote culture - Some good managers and people with passion - Good compensation & benefits

      Cons

      - Too many management layers without proper decision makers - Managers & engineers are afraid to make decisions : This is a result of last layoff which was clearly top level mismanagement - Value personal opinions over common goals : Create chaos & make products to lack vision

      Not only are they remote friendly, but they design all of their ways of working for distributed first

      Cons

      It is getting to the stage where it takes a million approvals to get anything done.
