Pros
CEO and COO are very supportive and you can learn more than your expectation from here. They believe in harvesting the talent from freshers. Their level of patience is incredible. No doubt they are the best Bosses anyone can have.
Cons
The Senior Sales Managers play politics with the motto "Don't involve in politics" just for show off in front of Management and Influence juniors (Many time) to change the job just to save their own job, and always create negative situations to frame junior.

Cons
If you are a person who use to love their job & company ... Then this is the company will prove you wrong.... They just think for themselves and don't give a damn about their employees suffering... DO NOT GET HERE IN ANY CASE
