The leadership team is approachable and genuinely values writers’ input. They make you feel like a partner in the process rather than just a freelancer. Strong emphasis on quality and storytelling, which helps polish your craft over time. I’ve grown immensely as a writer here.
Cons
Processes and communication could be streamlined further as the company scales. Limited formal career progression paths it’s more project-based than hierarchical.
