Management highly abuse their power to bend the policies to their favor. Worst work ethics as they borrow and use your identity as general manager to operate the company and make it legal as per country laws but they don’t acknowledge you with any benefits or compensations in exchange of using your name .. and when you say you don’t approve and ask them to stop using and abusing your identity they start manipulations and mistreatment and bury you under work that is not even your task to keep you busy and stop using your brain and see how much they are abusing you .. they also force you to give legal power of attorney against your will .. many employees from different grades raised complaints and legally disputed the company for mistreatment and illegal actions against labor law

Management was misleading about why I was actually hired.

Waste significant amount of time working on PPT slides for new biz...and therefore very limited amount of time to do real work. Need for giving new people time to ramp and support current and new biz, not enough grace is given...if you are not billable, what value do you provide... Management and nepotism, very evident, only seem to benefit folks if you are liked among the group. There is a clear need to work on the optics.
