Wish I had believed the negative reviews I read on here before agreeing to work for this company, especially the comments pointing out the immature, high school-esque boys club mentality amongst many of the members of management this is not only spot on but unfortunately comes down from the leaders of the company so it’s something that is not likely to ever change in this company, if you don’t click with said boys club, your competency and performance in your role simply won’t matter.
Although the company has improved in some aspects over the last couple of years, it’s still a very long way from what a manufacturer in a first world country should be at minimum.
Some free snacks and a couple of parties a year won’t convince anyone otherwise.
My advice to anyone is steer clear of this company at all costs.
