      - The team is so friendly - which I think is so important in a job - The work is fast paced and interesting - I've been given opportunities to expand my skills and learn more

      - Can be hard to get to know the team outside your own squad due to how busy it is

      - Interesting project with huge scalability challenges (10 billion impressions!) - Teams organised in Squads but sharing knowledge and projects across them - People from all nationalities and background

      Cons

      - Platform is huge and the learning curve can be intimidating - Induction process can be greatly improved - Some squads are more organised than others in terms of processes, planning and delivery
