Pros
EXSQ used to be a solid company, but not anymore. The owner sold half of it to Zonda last year and is trying to ditch the rest. HR and Marketing departments? Totally useless, but somehow making money without doing anything. Lucky as heck. The benefits suck—low pay, tiny raises, too much politics and nepotism, no cabs, and no projects. On the other hand, ZH has actually helped us grow. We feel respected, getting promotions, Cabs and our leaves got cashed out. I can actually see a real career here. If you are new better stay away from EXSQ, or you’ll just get hired and fired in no time.
Cons
Even though the GM is a decent person, he’s totally blind to what's going on. Half the company is just full of relatives of people who have good connections with him. They're gonna mess things up soon. The benefits? Yeah, they’re only for the VIP relatives. If you're not part of that group, forget about cabs, getting any shoutout for hard work in anniversary emails, no baby showers, no appreciation... basically, you're invisible.
