Pros
The job itself is interesting and one learns a lot about the industry and market.
Cons
Working at EPC could have been an enjoyable experience. Nevertheless, the behaviour and attitude of some people in top management created a toxic environment. This is the main reason why I left the company. The salary is not adequate for the level of responsibility required. Joining EPC could be interesting from experienced long-term traders or interns; for other workers, less so.

Cons
czech and slovak language only, people do not switch to English when the foreigner joins the company. Very small concentration of foreigners.
