Pros
The team actually took the time to understand my background and career goals instead of sending random job listings. I got support with my CV, interview prep, and even follow-ups after each stage. Communication was clear and professional, and I always felt like they were on my side.
Cons
There were a few delays in getting updates after interviews, and once I was sent a role that had already been filled. Not a big deal, but something they could improve.
