      Great family balance and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Not enough team work nor guidance. You're constantly over worked with unrealistic cases with absolutely no guidance from your supervisor not to mention it takes forever to move ahead to earn a decent California salary You're often put in a sink or swim situation with the employees often the ones who are sinking.
