The workplace is very hostile both in the field and in the office. Although there are efforts to improve the situation, unfair treatment and verbal harassment contribute to a toxic environment. Management is particularly problematic, and the financial manager is very confrontational. It often feels like there are "too many chiefs and not enough Indians." Some managers believe they are superior to others, especially the owner's wife and the COO.
