      People are friendly. Properties are kept up.

      Cons

      So much turn over was a red flag. They try and get too much out of too few. No flexibility, outdated systems, and churn & burn mindset.

      Company Events. Specially during Halloween.

      Cons

      A very toxic place. No advancement for upward mobility. Don't expect a pay increase or annual company bonus if you call out sick or have a life outside of the company.
