Pros

Sometimes you can do overtime, but it isn't regular.

Cons

Basically a call center work, paid the national minimum wage (14k) nothing more, nothing less. You will not be paid for sick days and they will treat you like a child. People come in sick all the time. They will monitor your toilet and tea breaks. No opportunities for advancement unless your the Director's niece.

Pros

- It is close to Windsor town centre. The castle looks beautiful in the night and at Christmas. Being close to the town centre means great places to eat. - Working here will make you reassess your life and lead you onto bigger and better things

Cons

-Tedious data entry into internal databases. The work is repetitive and there are little challenges or changes in your day to day role. -Micro management of the highest degree. - Massive turnover. Mostly due to the incompetent training provided and in my opinion unfair dismissals of the 18-20 year olds the company seem to hire in drones. - The CEO is quite often in the building but hardly ever interacts with anyone below a senior management level. - Progression is limited and the attractiveness of said progression is pretty non-existent

Pros

Windsor town is lovely, albeit busy

Cons

Very much ruling with an iron fist. There is no flexibility with regard to anything, and there is a lot of micromanagement. Socialising with other staff members is strictly prohibited, but only if you are not a senior member of staff or part of a 'clique'. Receive absolutely zero training, which is frustrating when you are given tasks to complete within a certain timeframe which you are incapable of doing. You WILL be disciplined if you are even a few seconds 'late'. Particularly high turnover of staff. Can be a very secondary school environment, in terms of both social hierarchy and over the top rules which you would expect to be in place for teenagers.
