Great colleague, smart people, but you don’t want to work here

Pros

Hardest working, most dedicated colleagues that deliver outstanding projects for customers. Salary compensation is adequate, not terrific. Benefits are average to slightly below. The 401K match is quite generous for a company of this size.

Cons

The two principals/founders couldn’t care less about their employees. You will work like a dog, give up your entire life and family for this company. Neither of them will ever offer even a simple “thank you” for your efforts. All take and never give. The turnover is excessive - people leave in droves. Surely there are worse places to work, but you’d be hard pressed to find one. It’s a quick trip down burnout road.

The company is in a sector that is poised for a huge amount of growth.

Cons

1. There are no internal HR or work processes. Everything is Adhoc. 2. The employees are not at all professional. A lot of them are interns who are being made to work full-time. 3. The management is pathetic! All the suggestions made by employees fall on deaf ears. They are only interested in making money. 4. Work life balance is terrible! They make you work night shifts as most clients are in the U.S.
