Modern offices located in swanky Boca Raton

Cons

Everything about this company is pathetic especially the management team in the IT department. Do not work here. The CIO was a clown, a complete idiot who has air between his ears. Thank God I don’t work there anymore - my life is so much better. This place simply was worst experience I ever had.

Decent medical package. Could work on paying more ivf , adoption , etc

The company plays favorites and does not listen to their employees. They are constantly loosing talent or unable to hire because they dont promote within or compensate their employees well. People make mistakes because they are over worked. Employees are treated poorly. There is no motivation to work hard since it does unnoticed.
