Good Salary and Managers are very nice and supportive

Cons

Long working shifts including weekends. Quite a number of tasks on different systems with different processes based on location so can be very hard to grasp when first starting

I have recently started working with Interxion in the Dublin office. Everyone has been very welcoming, helpful and generous with their time. The onboarding process is well structured - enough to keep you busy for the first few weeks without being overwhelming. On day one IT had all of the tech and accessories I would need set up and ready to go. Interxion operate a "buddy" system for new joiners. It is very helpful to have a single point of contact to direct all questions to.

Pros

From the moment I walked in Interxion has been extremely welcoming. Day one, all IT and related equipment were at my desk with a welcoming pack and a detailed schedule of induction courses and introductory Teams calls (due to Covid, site access is restricted). Everyone has a can do and teamwork attitude and the office and desk area are very comfortable. There is never a problem asking for help and new colleagues willing to assist.
