      Opportunity as a fresher Work hours Nothing else

      Cons

      Starting salary is as low as 6k; they prey on freshers with promise to increase with experience and performance. Don't fall prey. They will give you limited opportunities to experiment The HR (CEO's wife) is crazy You will have to dance in their tune. Forget salary; you will loose your sanity thinking about it. Small mentality; has small mindset about people from other backgrounds
