A Learning Experience with Challenges and Room for Improvement

Working as a Motion Designer at this startup was a mix of learning and challenges. On one hand, the fast-paced environment offered many opportunities to grow. I had the chance to sharpen my motion design skills and gained exposure to new techniques and tools that I hadn’t worked with before. The startup culture allowed for creativity and hands-on experience, which was valuable.
Cons
However, there were significant challenges, particularly in leadership. Individual handling and communication were not always effective, and there seemed to be a lack of clear direction in some projects. This sometimes resulted in confusion and unnecessary stress, which could have been avoided with stronger guidance. The leadership team struggled to manage and inspire the employees, which impacted overall team morale.
