Pros
Highly approachable management with open doors. You can discuss anything and they will help you even on your personal requests. I have seen many people taking months of leaves for personal reasons. They will always support you and will ask whether you are ok almost every day. You will be amazed by the personal touch. Very supportive team members. You will never see any politics here. Majority of the people are staying with them from the beginning. As someone other mentioned, it is really difficult to look for another company, as you don't want to miss the friendly culture. Also, you get to work on complex projects. The company is highly ethical and they have flat structure. Salary revisions even during Covid, without us requesting for it. The company is really concerned on work-life balance and they won't allow you to work late nights and weekends. Activities are another attraction. They company makes sure everyone is getting an opportunity to develop their personalities. They used to have presentation sessions and GDs every week. Well, you also have an option to opt out too. Just speak with the people there and I am sure you will get one word it's a friendly and great company to work with.
Cons
At times, there are confusions regarding project switching and resource allocation. WFHs are not that promoted. But, there are some people who do WFH too, like, new mothers and people from distant districts.
