      Pros

      Pay is acceptable, if somewhat low. Health benefits might be the only pro

      Cons

      Sub-par benefits (other than health), job instability, lots of overhead micro-management in addition to any management reporting to the company you actually work for. Lack of communication between employees and HR. The company forces you to take specific days from your vacation time, or gives you the option to go for a few days without pay.

      Pros

      The only pro I see are the teammates. They are smart and nice people.

      Cons

      Just to mention some, but there are probably more: * Bad management. * Not growing opportunities. * Do everything what the client requests, your opinion does not matter. * Work extra hours, no pay. * Only few people in the team, so workload is really heavy. * Only basic payment benefits. * Really, really bad work life balance.
