      No overtime and too much rest

      Cons

      CEO is idiot. If employee is not able to do some task then says if I do it will you leave the job?. Fires anyone at anytime. You can receive fired email any morning. narcissist CEO. They are making multiplayer game with remote employees working from various parts of india but don't have github setup. They share files over google drive. CEO has bought 1TB of google drive storage. If you are a coder, don't worry about bugs because you won't be coding at all

      Pros

      Salary on time is at least a good thing except that it takes away your liberty to make any point or even a mistake which you didn't make

      Cons

      The management here is an absolute nightmare, and your colleagues are a bunch of backstabbers who wouldn't lift a finger to help you even if your life depended on it. And don't get me started on the so-called "main boss" – this guy is the epitome of incompetence. He'd gleefully terminate your employment for something as trivial as not receiving a basic email, without even bothering to find out why it didn't make it to his inbox.
