Pros

They have some good brands as direct clients. It gives you a good initial break, I would give 4 stars for that.

Cons

their marketing is so-so. I have the skill sets to find my own projects and that's what i did for 4 1/2 years. But the way the company makes you feels and the President talks is really horrible. -5 stars for that. Negotiating salaries with them, It feels like you are bargaining in a vegetable market. If you work here, don't expect to get a raise for at least 3 years. There are no appraisals. You can get a raise only if you glorify the President. If you try to fight for your rights, you will be threatened saying "I will deport you" or "I will revoke your H1B". There was a time when I I started having issues with them and the HR stopped giving me access to my paystubs thinking that I will go to another company. I asked for my H1 extension copy, they would not give it saying it is company property. I agree it is. But there should be trust between employer and employee. I know that a lot of employees have started leaving them for the purpose that they are not being treated well.

I do not recall any such event where we had any issue of salary raise or paystub. One can always look at LCA and other sources how competitive we are in salary. If he is rating us 1 star and writing so bad, why did he stay with us for 4.5 years. many competitors and ex-employees in the office who were caught red handed in stealing our business, is campaigning to ruin our name thru social media. If anyone need references, we can give the list of current employees as well ex-employees, whom they can get references. Glassdoor is NOT trustworthy as anyone can write any comments. ********************************************************************************* Glassdoor: I am pretty sure, the comments are not written by any of my employee who was with me for 4.5 years. Please verify the W-2/paystubs/H-1 (as this person mentioned).

Pros

Working here has got no Pro's at all, They are very dishonest in money matters.

They asked me to fake my resume. I have 6 years experience and the President called me and asked me to make it 10 years. When I asked him about background check, he said "don't worry.. In background checks they will only check criminal history and when it comes to employment verification, you can say you worked at Dew Software India for few years. Our HR will take care of this for you". Liars!!!. I know couple of my friends working in some of their ecommerce clients in San Jose where they faked their background check, paid the manager money and many other things. They treated me very badly when i tried to fight for my rights. The President told me that if I left Dew Software nobody will give me a job because I am a fool and that any fool can do my job. Within 2 weeks of leaving them, I got a full-time job. In fact they owe me about $8000 but I still moved on because living with Dew was like living with a chameleon. You don't know what color it will change and when. The Management is so cheap that they sent me among other employees an email asking me to write a positive comment on Glassdoor because many people who moved on were writing the truth that they experienced. When I did not respond, they held my salary. Shame on them. People trust employers like them and try to provide for their families and they eat into your money. i Can prove this on paper , I have proof of non payment. They used to have good people in the Management, they have all moved on. the president and management act as if they are helping, but they only see you as a number. When you go to meet the President, he can never talk to you looking at you in the eye, because he is guilty and lies about the things that he talks to you. He cannot talk one straight sentence because he has no genuine care. His communication is horrible. If you are in between projects, their marketing is horrible and you have to find projects on your own. Even if you find your own project, the salary will not increase. According to USCIS, a company is not supposed to force employees to find their own projects. I am sure that the end of this company is near.

Again, Glassdoor should check authenticity of this review. Since we run the payroll regularly twice a month without fail for last 17 years, We pay FULL salary to bench employees. I don't know how 8000 are pending. If it's there, I will settle it right away. Again, you can check any current or former employees how we run the payroll. ************************************** Please check references with current or former employees ******************************************

they gave me good initial break

i joined this company from a much bigger Indian Onsite-Offshore company only to make better rate. Initially the recruiter give me one rate and confirmed. Then his boss, the owner, after confirmation, re-negotiated rate and reduced. That time I had already given resignation in previous company so I had no choice. The owner/President/CEO also did not treat me well. He talks very rash and all he thinks about is his profit, don't care about employee. After he was treating that way, couple of times when I asked him about salary hike, he stopped giving me paystubs thinking I will transfer my H1. Also the rate he told me that he is getting was not correct. i got to know the rate and realized that I need to do something. I found better opportunity and resigned. many times he will make fun of your skills and say, "any fool can do your job". management has not respect or thank you for your work at client site. Also company contribution to health insurance is like kids monthly pocket money. Many people I know are stuck because of Green Card process. I am happy i did not get Green Card processed here. If you are moving from a bigger company like what I did, do full research. do not get trapped. also all employees are only like puppet, only decision maker is president/ceo who does not how to talk. i will never refer anybody to this company. and if i hear of somebody joining, i will warn them.

We did not have any employee who worked at Los Angeles for more than a year and who came from big India company. This is all false allegation. Glassdoor should check W-2 and address on it to verify. ************************************ It seems anyone can write comments on glassdoor and glassdoor allows to do that ***************************
