Teams are small so you get involved in most discussions and meeting easily and put your opinion in front of everyone Located in Dharamshala so good place to be for mountain lovers.
Cons
Even if you get a chance to speak you are never really heard. Appraisals are not appropriate. No work lief balance No proper policy for many things.
