Thrown in at the deep end so you either sink or swim The pay is insulting for the hours you have to do Job is mostly dealing with endless complaints

Management being younger ,they could communicate and understand the employee. There was also a senior manager which was the balance. Cycling to my job was very nice , I enjoyed travelling to my work place.

Cons

Communicating .I went in without know what was needed to be done by the start and end of contract,since Destiny contracted the buildings for the summer we had to set-up and get out once the lease was done.
