      Pros

      Passionate people focused on service and great food. It’s a fun environment and the food and service are better than most resort market restaurants. They keep expanding and always look to hire/ promote from within.

      Cons

      Only in three markets in CO ski towns so limited location opportunities and takes a while to gain seniority ( but I guess that’s a good thing because good people stay).
