Pros

Having their name on your CV is the only good thing that came out of it.

Cons

Firstly, the way the owner and managers treat their staff is completely appalling. The owner would tear your work up and make you feel so terrible (girls would often cry after meetings with her). The management in the design team is also terrible and they do not manage you at all and give you any help. I can’t believe they are allowed to behave like this, it gave me terrible anxiety the whole time I was there.

Cons

The manager runs the office as it was the army. If you dare to disagree with him this could be the beginning of many face to face meetings for any reason he might find . No specific performance review based on results for more than one year.

0 pros, unless your related to the management but you will still get verbally abused by them.

Cons

Absolutely everything, old system 0 values and morals from the company, management is full of sad big bullies, who at first comply you with alcohol at lunch to convince you that the job is great when really no management training what so ever, too lazy to get another job as they will definitely NOT get hired by anyone else as they have 0 understanding in business management and just social ques, it’s like being on a set of eastenders as they just gossip, really truly no company morals and values and to be told that HR isn’t fully trained to their job either by the employees across the building. It’s embarrassing.
