Pros

Onsite cafe with food and coffee at reasonable prices. Hybrid working model.

Cons

Poor communication from upper level management with no clear strategy for growth. The future always felt quite unstable because of archaic and old school mentality. Varying levels of friendliness across departments which made collaborative work to achieve business goals difficult.

Pros

There are some great people and teams that care about what they do (customer service, UK sales, IT, personnel, showroom, accounts to name a few) Short hours, reasonable perks and closing for xmas :-)

Cons

BIG divide at head office, bottom and middle floors are fine AVOID the top floor which is cliquey and arrogant but justified because 'they are creative' Some managers have been here for their whole lives and boy do they need move on. Parasites. You know who you are and don’t get me started on the waste of space men who pretend to work in the shop, did I say work? I meant delegate and take the credit.

Pros

Hybrid working thats about it really.

Cons

Senior managers all look after themselves and use other colleagues as their lackeys. Directors are clueless and have no long term vision for the future and are more interested in protecting themselves than looking after the wellbeing of the staff. Very few read emails and you end up repeating the same info again and again. HR department is non existent. No pay rise in 8 years Poor salary for the workload and the hours you are expected to do.
