      A service consultancy for building construction in South India, with pathetic managerial ethics and employee outlook.

      Pros

      Lots of projects for everyone.

      Cons

      So many projects that nothing's in focus. Autocratic, feudal and narcissistic management. Almost nil employee benefits. Leaves are not meant to be taken. Overtiming is mandatory and underpaying the staff is the norm. Completely opaque payroll standards. Unergonomic office.

      Pros

      A good place for freshers to build their careers. Salary will be on time. As there are a huge number of projects comprising of high rise residential and commercial projects one will get good chance to learn quickly

      Cons

      You have to work up to 7:30 PM sometimes even longer, the office location is not at all good. No Work Life balance
