No proper work location - totally different from what's in offer letter. The company don't even have basic internet connection nor a pc with required specs and order us to use our own phone data connection. Salary is delayed by days without notice along with deductions that are not explained. People with no background in content creation, ideation, basic workflow, management and operations are diguised themselves are team leads and managers, these guys also have the audacity to put us down by demeaning our knowledge and experience without any reason. Management is unorganised, has very poor communication, doesn't treat with respect, sets unrealistic goals with minimum time and also forces to work after-hours if not completed. They have no idea what they want from a graphic design or video, Instead giving critical feedback, they simply scrap whatever you come up with until you burnout. If we ask for a brief to work on, there will unbearable taunting and gaslighting about our experience in field of work. Pls save your time, sanity and dignity from this wannabe political consultancy and join a better firm where you are valued for your work.
