Management is very unprofessional Low starting pay They are very stingy with raises They will promise bonuses for getting projects finished on time then never pay out The way their pay schedule works you can work 100 hours on a 2 week check and not get any overtime Warehouse crew doesn't do their job Leads get the blame for everything regardless whether it's your fault or not Management does not have your back at all All of their projects are under-bid They are constantly pushing for production They do not do quality installs because everything is rushed High turnover rate
