I believe as IT organization trends some how your Manager, BA and Lead has to grow out of the municipal corporation mentality and need to upgrade their skills/process for below. Suggestions for Improvement Implement a Code Repository: Use GIT or Azure DevOps to create a branching strategy where everyone can create pull requests for code changes, allowing leads to review the code and integrate it promptly. Adopt Agile Sprint Methodology: Plan development work using sprints and US concepts to have a clear idea of tasks to be completed within each sprint. This will provide an overall dashboard of task progress and facilitate daily discussions about ongoing and remaining work. Hire an IT Support Desk: An IT support desk can address laptop issues promptly. Asking employees to get their laptops repaired themselves is not ideal for an IT organization. Establish Security Processes: Implement security measures for accessing the DB server and ensure that employees' systems have proper antivirus protection. Educate Management and Leads: Ensure that your managers, BAs, and leads are updated on current industry practices and methodologies. Provide Proper Laptops: Equip employees with laptops that can connect to 5G networks for better connectivity and efficiency. Dear HR, please consider these points as they reflect areas where improvement is needed to ensure the organization’s success. I hope this will not happen with others, I am unsure how many more employees will be hired and fired due to these gaps.

The management, especially the lady in charge is very useless in terms of communication. Vendors literally have to force her to communicate as if you're doing Samaritan job. She needs to really, really improve on herself. Doesn't honor pay periods.
